Indexing Books, Mulvany, Univ. Chicago Press, (2005) is a very cool book if you’re into this sort of thing. Really expands and explains the “Indexes” chapter of The Chicago Manual of Style.
“Dog Is Love” is a notebook. I have something of a small problem with notebooks and now just delete the emails from Paperblanks as soon as they show up.
Also off topic, I am happy to report that I have fixed the problem at Miss Missy’s School. People are now able to see posts–which is sort of the point of a blog!
